Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Image Finder, India ("we"), for the Image Finder software and website. By buying, downloading or using Image Finder you accept them.

1. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Image Finder on one computer per licence key, for the time you paid for (or, for a free trial, until we end free use). You may move the licence to a new computer yourself from your account a few times a month.

2. What you may not do

• Share, sell or publish your licence key, or use one key on more computers than it allows.
• Copy, change, decompile or reverse-engineer the software, or get round the licence check.
• Use the software for anything unlawful.

If you break these rules we may block the key without a refund.

3. Free trial

When we offer Image Finder free, it is free until we end the free offer. We tell you in the app before or when it ends; you can then carry on by paying, or stop using it.

4. Payment and renewal

Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency, including any tax shown. Payments are made through our payment provider. There is no automatic renewal and nothing is charged again without you paying yourself. Refunds: see our Refund policy.

5. Your files

Image Finder works on your computer. Your designs, photos and files are not uploaded to us. You are responsible for your own files and backups.

6. Updates and support

Updates are included while your licence is active. We help by email or WhatsApp within reasonable time.

7. No warranty

The software is provided "as is". We work hard to make search results right, but we do not promise it finds every file or that it is free of errors.

8. Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or data. Nothing here limits rights that the consumer law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending

You may stop using Image Finder at any time. We may end or block a licence that is misused.

10. Law

These terms follow the laws of India; disputes go to its courts, unless the consumer law of your country says otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
